Permitted Uses:

- Auction center use
- building supply use;
- call center
- communications production use including radio and television studios
- custom workshop use for the production of clothing, furniture, metal ornaments
- data processing use
- education and training use
- equipment rental
- institutional use
- laboratory use
- light industrial uses which are substantially enclosed in the building
- printing and publishing use
- public use in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.3.2, including sewage treatment plan
- research and development use
- secondary uses ar limited to: an eating establishment provided that the eating establishment is subordinate to and   supports the main use on the site and dies not exceed 10% of the gross floor area on the main buildings
- service or repair use
- trade or contractors office
- warehouse and storage use

Permitted Accessory Use

- open storage
- office use
- wholesale
- a single residential unit for a caretaker
- retail uses to a total maximum gross floor area of 15% of the gross floor area of the main building.
